HHG Closes $6.7 million in
Construction Financing with
Conestoga Bank and NJHMFA
Philadelphia, October 26, 2007 - HHG today closed
construction financing totaling $6.7 million that will
enable the construction of Trenton Ferry.
Conestoga Bank, headquartered in Chester Springs, PA,
will manage the loan, and provide $1.85 million in
credit. Conestoga will administer the NJ HMFA
component of the financing, which provides an additional
$1.85 million in debt, and $2.7 million in CHOICE
Funding.

NJ HMFA Approves Trenton Ferry CHOICE
Funding
Trenton, May 7, 2007 - The Board
of the NJ Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA)
today approved a $2.7 million CHOICE grant for HHG's
planned Trenton Ferry development.
Under the terms of the innovative
program, HHG will receive an average subsidy of $75,000
per unit to build market rate housing in Trenton,
enabling the Trenton Ferry to move forward.

Trenton Planning Board Approves Three HHG Applications:
Clears the Way for Developing Trenton Ferry
Trenton, October 12, 2006 - The City of Trenton
Planning Board granted final approval this evening to
three applications by HHG for developing buildings on
Centre Street. Among the actions, the board
approved the site plan and necessary variances for the
Cracker Factory, and approved the construction of a
parking lot for the use of proposed condo development at
the corner of Centre and Ferry Streets.
HHG Purchases "Cracker Factory"

Trenton, NJ, April 18, 2006 - HHG Development
Associates, LLC today completed the purchase of the
"Cracker Factory", a 29,000 SF Victorian factory complex
located on the corner of Centre and Furman Streets in
the heart of the Lamberton Historic District of Trenton.
The first oyster cracker was baked on the site in 1847.

The company intends to convert the Cracker Factory to
luxury loft condos, with ground-breaking scheduled for
the fall of 2006.
HHG Designated by Trenton City Council for Key Project

Trenton, NJ, February 2, 2006 - Trenton City Council has designated HHG Development
Associates, LLC as developer for a key project in the
ongoing redevelopment of Trenton.
On February 2, 2006, Trenton City Council designated
HHG as the developer for 4 city properties on Centre
Street, as part of the redevelopment of the Lamberton
Historic District. Two other developers, working
closely with HHG, were designated at the same time.
Working cooperatively, the three companies plan to
renovate or build new in-fill construction providing 39
residential units on 3 blocks of Centre Street.
