Experienced, Multi-Disciplinary Team
Principals of HHG were responsible for
the Labor Lyceum, the first luxury condo project in
Trenton's history.
The three principals of HHG combine 65 years of
architecture, business, and construction management
experience.
- David Henderson conceptualizes and designs new
projects, and is responsible for construction
supervision. David is a Registered Architect, and
has been creating development projects in Trenton
since 1994.
- Michael Goldstein works closely with David on
new project development, and is responsible for
investment analysis, fund-raising, financial
oversight, sales and marketing. He and David have
been collaborating on real estate development since
2003.
- John Hatch is responsible for the architectural
execution of HHG's projects. John is a Registered
Architect, a member of AIA, and a partner in Clarke,
Caton, Hintz, a leading New Jersey architectural
firm.
