Partnering With HHG
The principals of HHG have been
involved in some of the key developments in the City of
Trenton for over a decade.
The image on the left reproduces a
section of aerial photography from the State of New
Jersey's 2002 orthophotographic survey.
It depicts a swathe of central
Trenton from downtown (at the top of the page), across
the Mill Hill, and south to Lamberton. All of
HHG's current projects are within this coverage area.
The orange check marks on buildings
indicate that a principal of HHG made a substantial
contribution to the building or renovation of the site,
either as a developer or as an architect.
As you can see, the principals of HHG
have made a singular impact on the development of the
Mill Hill section, in particular.

The smaller buildings are single
family homes; larger buildings, condos. Orange
indicates an HHG project; magenta is a project by one or
our partners, either Roebling Restorations, or Centre
Street, LLC.
The unique importance of Centre
Street as the gateway to the Lamberton district is
apparent. It is the only local street that conveys
traffic directly into the neighborhood from the north,
spanning the US 1 / Conrail-mainline corridor that
bisects the city in most places.
