In 2009, HHG purchased seven buildings and several building lots in the same neighborhood as Trenton Ferry. HHG plans to develop 12 more housing units in the area, amplifying the already considerable impact that HHG's Trenton Ferry development has had on the neighborhood.

Included in the designation is 202 Centre Street (left), which will be converted to 2-3 condos, and five additional structures that will be converted to single family homes. Four, new in-fill homes are planned for construction at 209-213, and 129 Centre Street.
