Completed Projects

Two of HHG's principals have been developing in Trenton since 1994. The third began working in Trenton in 2004. As principals of Atlantis Historic Properties from 1994-2005, John Hatch and David Henderson were key actors in the revival of Trenton's Mill Hill neighborhood, now considered one of the most desirable in Trenton.

As architect, John Hatch has been been involved with many of the major adaptive reuse projects in Trenton, including restoration of the Roebling Mansion on West State Street, Roebling Market, the exterior renovation of the HMFA office building, Pelletieri Homes, the Golden Swan on Warren Street, and many more.
