HHG is constantly pursuing development opportunities in Trenton.
In 2008, HHG was designated by Trenton City Council as the exclusive developer of two buildings in the former John A. Roebling & Sons factory complex, Buildings 51 & 57.
This development is currently on hold pending resolution of the status of the site, which is currently owned by the NJ School Development Authority.
